This book is a great addition to the series. Very easy to follow, amazing pictures that make your mouth water and simple easy to follow recipes.
The book is broken into three parts.
Part I - What is Paleo, is a great overview about Paleo. It answers all the main questions about what you can and shouldn't eat. It pretty much covers everything any beginner or long time Paleo eater needs to know.
Part II - Is the 30 day meal plan. It is very easy to follow, they give you a shopping list and a meal plan for each week of your thirty days. It is well planned out and super easy to follow. They don't use hard to find items or crazy grocery stores. Most markets will carry these items from my experience.
Part III - This is where it gets great. Each meal is described with easy to follow recipes accompanied by the most amazing food photography I have ever seen. What is so great is that they are easy to follow, I can make the dinners and not worry about having all the stuff or pans I may need.
This book has encouraged me to do another 30 day challenge. I consider myself approx 80/20 Paleo eating. But Bill and Hayley have encouraged me to get back to 100% Paleo.
I am an avid Crossfitter, I have encouraged my wife to eat clean and we also have our 16 month old child eating clean.
